Facial dissatisfaction 7/25/2011

I called and scheduled a 90 min facial, I was called and told they could only fit in a 60 min one. The facial consisted of product being put on skin and a hot towel followed over and over and then a mask. I did not receive extractions nor did I receive information on my skin or Aveda products. I was very upset and dissapointed. When I asked why the girl said that I was suppose to be told that she wasn't licensed to do extractions and she was sorry. Not good enough. I wasn't told that. more

Fusion is Awesome! 7/21/2011

Fusion is the bomb! My services were excellent! My hair is exactly how I wanted it. I was nervous about changing styles and she nailed it. Everyone was friendly and smiling. I recognized the sweet girl from the phone who made my appointment the moment she smiled and said welcome. Everything about this place was wonderful and I can't wait to get in for my massage next and a pedicure with the charming nail tech. Fusion has made a customer out of me for life! more

Do not waste your time or money 7/15/2011

I went in for a haircut and while I was there a beautician approached me and handed me a coupon for $20 off of a signature mani/pedi making the total $45. I made an appointment for the mani/pedi for after my haircut. First, after I looked at my hair once dried, i had to trim some of it myself!!! She missed about an inch off the length in the front making it really long in one spot only. Second, i went in for the mani/pedi and the chairs were broken. It was the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. I went to pay and was charge for a spa mani/pedi making the total $80!!! They completely screwed up "the deal" I was informed of earlier in the day. I will NEVER return to this salon. more
