My Experience at Fusion Spa Salon 9/24/2011

I went to Fusion Spa Salon on my last day of vacation in Panama City, Beach to have a Spa Pedicure. My whole experience was wonderful. Ki'Andra did my pedicure and she was just lovely. I will ask for her again when I go back! I also had a mini massage which felt great. The atmosphere was very relaxing and all the employees that worked there made my experience at Fusion Spa Salon very delightful! Thank you! more

Color and hair cut 9/18/2011

Tom and I have a Fusion date every 3 to 4 weeks. Theresa is our stylist. She does a fabulous job with both of us in a timely manner. Her professional skills as well as a delightful conversationalist with an upbeat demeanor make us repeat guests. She gives us a true Aveda experience. We are also glad to see Sara back with PP Fusion front desk. Her genuine friendly attitude, warm smile, and attention to customers needs makes our experience that much better. was not impressed!From the time I parked my car and got back in it 12 minutes had passed.When I came last time to get eyebrows waxed I was there laying on a table very relaxed was offered a head or hand massage. Paid the same amount this time and sat in a chair. Will not be back! more

very slow, but good service 9/13/2011

Oxana did a great job on my haircut. Everyone there was very friendly. The only problem I had was that I had to wait 30 mins for my appointment and then I felt like it took a lot longer than it should have for my hair to be finished and I didn't even receive my shoulder massage that I expect from Aveda. But at least my hair looks good. :-) Maybe next time I won't have to wait so long. more

Spaless Pedicure 8/18/2011

I booked an appointment for a spa pedicure and what I recieved was nothing short of a regular pedicure. In the past at "other" spa's a spa pedicure included a lot more that just yur average soaking scrubing and polish. Not only did the pedicure leave a lot to be desired. We were offered water that was warm and served in something that resembled a candle holder, "gross" I gave 2 stars only because the staff was pleasant but very inexperienced more

When I moved here I have to say I've had nothing but horror stories when it came to my hair. After about 6 other salons I visited I finally found the Aveda Fusion salon and am extremely happy with them! more
