If you are looking for a luxury car without the luxury attitude that you will get from most big name dealerships, then I strongly suggest going to Fusion Autoplex. great customer service!! and they go far and beyond most places will to make the deal happen for the vehicle you want. I had a 2007 Lexus ES350 sedan excellent condition with only 62000 miles on it, no problems with it ever, I simply wanted a larger vehicle, four different Lexus dealerships along with a BMW dealership treated me like I was trying to trade in an old piece of junk, the people at Fusion AutoPlex were far opposite of that and actually offered me several thousand more for my trade in then the others did. I am a Lexus buyer till the end but I will never again go to a ""Lexus"" dealership, they do not value their own vehicles unless it's fairly brand new and they treat you like they are better then everyone even their own customers, these dealerships could take a lesson on customer service from Fusion for sure, Fusion still saw the value in my trade in regardless of being a bit older and my trade in was only on Fusions website for about a week before being sold, ..thank you Fusion Autoplex and I love my ""upgrade"" to the Lexus RX350!! more

They have a great team that wont stop until they have exercised ever opportunity to get you into the car of your choosing . Unfortunately, I am upside down with my current vehicle and need a larger down payment. I will do this search again in a few months. The FX35 is my dream car . It's what I want. What a great place!!! I purchased my Murano from Fusion 3 years ago, and had a great experience the whole way through. So, now that it was time for my husband to get a new car, we went back to look, and they let us know that they give a discount JUST for return customers! They had a couple of cars that he liked, but they even offered to get him whatever he wanted at an auction as well. He ended up getting a great truck at a great price,and even enjoyed the process! From someone who has had some bad experiences at other dealers (I don't want to be stalked by a salesperson!) these guys have really changed my mind about car dealerships! more
