The ambience of Fusia is very good and the design resembles of Lo Sagrado in Bilbao, Spain. Having the traditional contemporary dishes with east asian ingredients results a jackpot.
The idea of using japanese sweet potatoe puree along with filet mignon on bone along with red wine sauce is a marquee. The wine list is quite generous with highly trained head maitre and with perfect setting of low lighted dining area. The fellow guest oozing with charisma and executive level of guests. The restaurant is an excellent place if you decide to bring your loved one for a romantic dinner, allowing the menu tease the tastebuds with enjoyable ingredients.
Nonetheless, some dishes with did illustrate little too much of butter, like the haricort vertes, but an overall good place to visit.
