Great Place - Friendly Staff 9/10/2008

My wife and I visit Vegas about 4-6 times a year. In March 2008 we ate at Fusia and loved it. The food was excellent, the service was also excellent. We had an unusual surprise as Chris Angel sat behind us with a few friends. Seemed like a very nice guy. Our waiter suggested we go get a picture, but we let him eat in peace. Overall a very nice place to eat. We will be back for sure. Pros: Food and Service Cons: None more

Interesting high class food 5/20/2008

The ambience of Fusia is very good and the design resembles of Lo Sagrado in Bilbao, Spain. Having the traditional contemporary dishes with east asian ingredients results a jackpot. The idea of using japanese sweet potatoe puree along with filet mignon on bone along with red wine sauce is a marquee. The wine list is quite generous with highly trained head maitre and with perfect setting of low lighted dining area. The fellow guest oozing with charisma and executive level of guests. The restaurant is an excellent place if you decide to bring your loved one for a romantic dinner, allowing the menu tease the tastebuds with enjoyable ingredients. Nonetheless, some dishes with did illustrate little too much of butter, like the haricort vertes, but an overall good place to visit. Pros: food, ambience, service Cons: certain ingredients, needs more exotic inputs more

great service, great atmosphere, great food 5/21/2007

Nice menu of fusion/asian food with some other dishes. The wasabi mashed potatoes were excellent. The $10 California Rolls were very good as well. there was about 10 rolls on the appetizer, I was expecting only a few. The spring rolls are served cold, which put an interesting twist on the typical spring roll. My NY strip was slightly over cooked from my medium rare, but was nice nonetheless. They also have a nice selection of Cold Sakes. My wife was feeling ill so we didnt even look at the dessert menu. Overall it was a great meal Pros: ambience, food, service Cons: still has a hotel restaurant vibe more
