We tried all of the meat except the ribs, and everything was very tender. But, we were dissapointed because the meat lacked flavor. The place is on the frontage of I35, but when we drove up we didn't see a smoker anywhere, so we were curious what BBQ they cooked their meat in. As for dessert, pecan pie wasn't even on the menu like their website says, and the restaurant only served small cups of chocolate pudding, which I don't think was homemade. My suggestion is if you're driving through Texas, stop in Austin for great BBQ. Austin has plenty of great joints off of I35.
Pros: variety of meat to choose from
Cons: no flavor, bad desserts, charge you for take out
