I ordered 2 chairs and 1 sofa, all 3 Flexsteel. I was hesitant on the ordering part, putting money down on something you can't see first. I was assured though, by 3 sales people, not to worry. First that it is Flexsteel furniture, high quality and second that it is inspected as it comes off the truck, and if there is anything wrong it goes back to the factory and I'm no monry out. I get the call, furniture is in and I need to send rest of payment. I asked if it was all in good shape and was told yes. It was all inspected, in excellent shape and ready to ship. I send money. Furniture arrives at my home, couch never leaves the truck, frame is seperated, tearing the upholstery, open seam on cushion and backrest pillows not sewn on straight. The boxes chairs are in were never opened for a inspection, chairs have open seams, seating surfaces are breaking down and they creak like they are 200 years old. They had the sofa back in Hudson for 4 months for repairs, they never finished the repairs and shipped the sofa back to me. The chairs are still not repaired yet either, wrong parts come in, wrong colored upholstered parts, not enough parts or none at all. It's almost 8 months now since I first placed order
