I left a detailed message mentioning my name and contact number at least three times after not being able to reach an agent during normal business hours and no one even bothered to call me back or follow-up with me. Pros: They claim to do on-site repairs Cons: Couldn't even get a callback to schedule an on-site repair!!! more
