I bought a reclining love seat and was told it had a lifetime warranty on the frame. Within two months of owning it a spring broke. I took it back to the store and left it for repair. No problem. Around six months later several spring clips broke. Same great service but not too happy that it keeps breaking.\r

This pattern has continued at least once a year for going on ten years. Yes it still looks good and works great except for the springs and or clips breaking and they had started sending a man to our house to fix it. So I am thinking this is working pretty well.\r

Then last week it broke again. We call to setup a service call and find that they have a new manager at the Bryant store. He informs me that the couch is old and the repairs will not be covered under warranty. I tell him that it is a lifetime warranty that they have honored for years fixing this problem and that I had all the receipts for previous repairs. At that point he basically called me a liar and that they had never done warranty repairs on springs and clips. Wow! That great customer service went down hill fast. I thought a lifetime warranty was good for a few more years....BEWARE!
