Me and my wife have been doing quit a bit of shopping at furniture factory outlet in Rolla,Mo.We have bought a recliner,a queen size headboard,and now two nightstands and a dresser. The recliner was fine I think this was because it didn't come in a box.The headboard we bought was oh most like the one we picked out but we decided that the little differants wasn't worth the 60 mile trip it would take and the over an hour in time.Now we get home with our nightstands and dresser.The nightstand that was on display was alright but the other nightstand that was in a box and we never got a look at till we got all the way back home had over 12blemishs on it and we gave up looking for more after that.The dresser also was covered with marks.When they brought the furniture to our truck we never thought to open the boxs before they loaded them in our truck.Now tomorrow we will get a hold of them and hope they make things right.But what will be the right thing to do.Will they think that giving our money back will make everything right.I have my douths about this.What about our two 60 mile trips and at least 4 hours of our time.We plan to get a new kitchen set table& chairs with a hutch of some kind and before chistmas we plan to purchase a couch and an other recliner.If F.F.O.'S products and service is going to be of this quality I'm beauty shore we will be looking else were for our furnishing need.Tomorrow will tell the story.Thanks for your time and God Bless You All
