Furniture Cove

I just read a review about Furniture Cove and I can't understand what this customer is talking about. Value is when you receive Quality customer service at a great price, that in my opinion is what you receive when you shop at The Furniture Cove.They have the largest selection of home furnishings, TVs, Pictures, and appliances that I have ever seen. I purchased a washer, dryer, stove, dinning room set, and a living room suite. I received a one year warranty on my used appliances which no one else would give me. Kathi was very knowledgeable about the options on the appliances I was considering. They delivered and set up all my purchases. My shopping experience was a pleasure and I highly recommend Furniture Cove if you want a great price and quality customer care. As I have said this is what value is! more

I have never had an experince as horrible as the one I had with Furniture Cove. I was given the run around by the owner and her son and caught them in multilple lies regarding a purchcase I had made from them. It went on for so long them telling me to call back later, in one week ,in three,with my reciept etc. that we(friends and family) were having to record our conversations, due to the lies we kept catching them in. Finally, those helping me just decided that we would take the loss(a pretty big one) and just not deal with them again....Like my father always said in business you just have to learn to "cut your losses and learn from your mistakes."... My mistake in this case was dealing with Furniture Cove and then believing that they would take responsibility for a faulty sale that they made... more
