While unfortunately we cannot please every consumer, we have pleased thousands of loyal customers since the 1960's. Unfortunately the repeated reviews that you have read from one unsatisfied customer fail to state the facts of their purchase. They purchased off price goods that were tagged and sold as a floor sample, as-is, final sale. They signed a contract that also clearly stated the above mentioned. The had every opportunity to purchase new special order goods for the regular price and they chose to purchase the floor sample. They falsely claim that we damaged the goods upon delivery or in transit and that we had to be hunted down to deliver their merchandise which is simply not true. In good faith we attempted to go above and beyond what we are required to do to remove some indentations to the back of a leather sofa that was shown to them at point of purchase. Our goal as an independent, family owned and operated business is to please all of our customers, and offer the best quality, value and service for over four decades.
