Finally Competent Auto Service 1/10/2009

My Windstar was experiencing quite a few problems in its old age and frankly wasn't worth much anymore. The staff at Furgerson's was able to sort through it and tell me what it would take to just keep it reliable for another year or so until I could replace it. They were honest and informative. I would recommend their services to my friends and family. more

My highest recommendation 1/5/2007

I have gone to Furgerson's for 8 years now with a variety of cars and they have always provided excellent service at reasonable prices. This is a great outfit. I have also sent many friends and family members there and they also have had nothing but good things to say. They are very capable of servicing just about any type of vehicle. more

THAT UNEASY FEELING. 10/1/2006

I had my radiator replaced. They seemed do the job at a resonable price for this - all that I ask for! The uneasy feeling came from their recommendation to change the radiator hoses - a reasonable suggestion. They charged $28 for a hose who's equavalent was $14 at Pep Boys -- oh well. I felt less good about the labor charge for installing the hose: This was about $25 for the removal and re-tightening of a SINGLE, most easily reached (top front of engine) hose clamp! THAT UNEASY FEELING. $25 for the removal and re-tightening of a single hose clamp? Other ANCILLARY items were similarly padded, IMO. You be the judge. more
