Very impressed. They gave us more than we asked. I had been looking for a specific rv at a specific price for over a year. Dealer after dealer told me I wouldn't find it, but I did at Fun Time! They were so great to work with. No challenges, even when I anticipated one. Will definitely send family there! more

We have been satisfied customers of Funtime RV for more than five years. We purchased our old trailer elsewhere, but started bringing that trailer in for service to Funtime as it was close to our home and more convenient. Stephen, in the service department was always very helpful, even though our RV was purchased elsewhere. We were completely satisfied with the work that was performed, additionally we received great customer service. About five years ago we purchased a new trailer from Funtime RV and again have nothing but positive things to say from the sales staff to the service department. The Service Manager, Stephen, is always helpful, honest and straightforward with any work that we have had done. more

No need to go anywhere else to take care of your RV needs New and used, their service to us has always been A+. We first brought in a used trailer that needed service then we wanted to move up to a 5th wheel. We love our purchase and Funtime has stood behind any of our needs. Feeling the trust ........ Worked with Jim. Live near Seattle and making the drive down to pick up RV in the morning. No need to haggle with these guys. ROCK BOTTOM PRICING! Customer service is amazing. Fulfilled every request we had and did not charge an arm and a leg. I never buy add ons from a dealership because it always cost more. When you buy from these guys they are giving you a great price. Will tell you how pick up goes tomorrow! more

We have had 9 trailers/motorhomes over the years from various BIG dealers and Funtime RV was the most pleasant sales experience ever.....and the service dept is superb! We have brought our NEW motorhome in a few times for accessories to be added and for some other maintenance and the customer service is top notch! Love Funtime! more

These guys are the best! This is our second RV purchased from FunTime. Both purchases (one new and one used), have been fun and after-sale service work outstanding. We loved working with our sales rep (Greg), the owner (Jerry), and the service department (Steven, Bruce and Joseph). After the sales, the outstanding service continued, going above and beyond our expectations! They have stood by their word, work, warranty, and extended warranty agreements. In fact, they have gone beyond our expectations in every area. It pays to buy from a company that is locally owned and operated with a staff that is experienced and understands that treating customers right will result in return business ??? something corporate RV sales and service companies seem to have lost sight of. When we buy our next RV, we would think of buying nowhere else! more

My wife and I are on are on a trip to rediscover America. Halfway through our power sofa bed stopped working which meant I was sleeping on the floor. This time of year it is hard to get service. We called Funtime and while they were backed up several weeks Steve Scott agreed to take a look. He diagnosed the issue and had it working in less than 10 minutes. At my request he hard wired the connection and I'm off the floor. You could not ask for better service and the cost, Gatorade for the boys. Thank you more
