I could probably go on for a long time about this place. First of all,it is complete chaos. The first time I went I waited on a line out the door just to get tickets for laser tag. THEY HAVE ONE REGISTER FOR EVERYTHING. By the time i got up there they had sold out, yet they sent no one out to inform us at the back of the line about this. Furious I went home. I decided I'd go back since my child was invited to a birthday party.
Here is basicaly the way the birthday parties are ran:
The kids play in a disgusting jungle gym for 25 minutes, some kids are too big for it and just have to sit and wait for the hostess to start. The party hostess we had was completely narcotic. I understand they are on a schedule but as soon as they got somewhere she would round them up to do something else. No time for any enjoyment what so ever. If the kids didn't listen she would unpleasantly yell at the top of her lungs. The rides were short and disappointing. They then sit and eat in a cramped room for 45 minutes. During this time the hostess is nowhere to be found. At this particular party we had run out of pizza and wanted more, my friend went in over to the employee room to let the hostess know and there she was downing a slice of pizza. She is a young girl, so okay..but you're still at work so I expected a bit more. The kids then get tokens to games that don't work and are out dated. And you have to tip the hostess, if you tip her bad you can see her eagerness to help you drastically reduces.
It really is just money driven, not founded for the the enjoyment of children.
