Funny bones need to show more respect to it's quest. 8/18/2014

I attended the funny bones comedy club with my wife to celebrate her birthday . It was my first and last visit there. Monique was the headline comedian she was great, But the comedy club and it's staff were terrible. and after speaking to the manager he was even worst the seating was late and the attitude's of the staff that were there to check us in were disrespectful and threaten toward the quest. the prices were way to high and the building was hot. We had to stand out side in a line waiting to get in for way to long and then once we were inside of the building we still had to stand in line and wait to get to our seats. the seats were not good at all and the waitress tried to sale us drinks the hold time which made it hard for us to enjoy the show.Don't even try and talk to the manager he's the worst. I will never go back. My advice is stay clear of this place more

Don't be late!!! 6/13/2011

The wife and I ran into babysitter issues and showed up a little late. They wouldn't let us in the show and we had tickets already paid for. Talked to the manager and he pretty much told us "oh well". Anyways thats a crime so we filed a police report and filed with the internet fraud and crime prevention people. Just waiting for replies. more

Not a laughing matter 5/4/2011

The comics were funny but that's were it stopped. The funny bones venue is awful. It's overpriced (paid $12 for 2 Coors lights) and they charged mandatory gratuity on the bill even though we could not get the waiter back. Rude and nasty staff treat you like stupid cattle, Confusing xeroxed paper signs everywhere. Too small, overcrowded fire hazard. They cram you into a tiny table with strangers. The comics were great but the venue SUCKS! no joke. Really bad experience and I would never ever go here again. more

Great times, great price 8/13/2005

I recently saw Rich Vos at the funny bone. He is a comedian that appeared on the TV show "Last comic standing." Vos is not all that funny, at least in comparison to Jim Norton, but the comedy club was nice and my girlfriend and I had a nice time. Drinks are reasonably priced and the atmosphere is typical of finer comedy clubs. Much better than the other clubs I've been to in the area, they seem to attract a lot of national acts...but not the HUGE names in comedy. more
