Why didn't they have cool places like this when I was young? My daughter had 30+ girls there today for her 5th birthday.. They had their hair sprayed, tatoos put on, and learned some cool moves. Jen and Erin were both there today, along with 2 older teens who really engaged the kids. Dancing, break dancing, limbo etc.
When I booked the party 2 months ago, they gave me a stack of invites to use, and asked my color choices for balloons, and a ""play list"" that my daughter specifically wanted. When we got there today, everything form High School Musical to Hannah Montana was played, just as requested.
They provide snacks for the kids----and not the germ bowls most places would have!! each kid got a itttle individual bag of chips, along with lemonade. We brought our own cake, which they put the candles and sparklers on. It was presented before I could even go to my purse and grab the candles I had brought. All the paper goods were included, and before I even knew what was happening, they had cut and were passing out the cake. It is sooooo efficient! they have it down to a fine art!!
Some parents stayed, some left. But everyone who stayed loved it!!! (and those who left signed a sheet leaving their phone numbers at the front desk)
When our party was over, they helped bring the stash of gifts out to the car, then I saw them move furniture out and sweep everywhere so that the party coming in next didn't find any of our crumbs.
I'm so glad I don't have to wait a whole year to do another function there. My son wants his there next month with the break dancing dude! Also, they have some great dance classes offered during the week. Hip hop, break dancing, belly dancing, etc for kids, teens, adults and seniors. This is the perfect place if sitting through a 3 hour recital every 4 months is not for you!!! your kids will have fun, and YOU WILL TOO!!!!!
