We took our kids to play a few video games after going to the movies. It turns out one must purchase a card for $1 to use the video games. When we asked about this, the teenager told us we must purchase a card and then put money on it. We put a dollar on the card and went around the room looking at the games; however, most of the games where either $0.60 or $1 per game, with only a few priced at $0.30. Albeit only $2, we felt fairly well swindled, since that meant for $2, the kids would only play a single game. When we went back to the counter, he told us there were signs saying no cash refunds, and that we should have seen them before purchasing. When we inquired about the pricing and how it was clearly unfair, he explained that due to inflation prices went up. He offered to put an additional dollar on the card, but based on how we were treated, we had no interest in staying. As business owners and scientists, it's not often a young person talks to us so condescendingly.
Cons: Scam pricing, very poorly treated
