A place where the money is worth it. I wish every hookah place was like fumari. The enviroment is very soothing and they offer the best hookah's in town. The cost 18 bucks to get a hookah but its well worth it for the variety of flavors that they offer. Did i mention that fumari makes the sheesa there so its fresh as possible. I advice making a reservation if you dont want to wait in a line to get in. more

A chill hookah lounge 8/11/2005

Fumari is a great place and an alternative to the coffeehouse culture. You can rent a hookah (a communal water-chilled tobacco pipe) by the house with some of Fumari's flavored tobaccos. Some of the better ones are Double Apple, Mango, and Rose Flower. They are located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter so they are walkable from Horton Plaza and they have comfortable chairs to lounge on. It's a great place to kick back and unwind after work or to study. more
