In the Whitecenter neighborhood of Seattle, you'll find a small hole in the wall ice cream shop. Full Tilt Ice Cream specializes in unique flavors and as my wife describes "dirty look" atmosphere. It's grungy, it's retro, it's cool! Complete with pinball machines and some old school video games in the back it's a great place to satisfy your ice cream craving. Some of the usual flavors are served but where's the fun in that? The best part of this place is the unique flavors like Ube, Blue Moon and Horchata. For those unfamiliar, Horchata is a Hispanic drink made from rice. Ube is a purple yam and Blue Moon, well that's this shop's own creation that can be best described as "the flavor of the leftover milk in your bowl after you've finished your fruit loops." I highly recommend this place. Ask for a sample... pick a winner and dig in.
