You can?t get more Japanese than this place. They have genuine Japanese flavors in here and they also have some of the freshest sushi in the city. more

My friends and I are on an adventure on visiting every Japanese restaurant in Brevard County. We ended up at Haru last week and it was a great place. Would go there again. This week we went to Fujiyama. Pros: Big place Cons: Were those really Japanese staffers? more

Fujiyama Seafood & Steak is awesome! We totally enjoyed the food and the service was great. The chef we had was very entertaining. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will definitely be going back. more

AWESOME FOOD 7/3/2009

This is definitely one of the greatest restaruants in Melbourne FL. Its convienient, doesn't require reservations, amazing services and food. I am a frequent flier and usually eat there at least twice a wk. AMAZING! Beats Makoto's for me!! Pros: Amazing Hibachi grill and Sushi Cons: NONE more

Excellent food and service - our favorite! 3/20/2009

My wife and I eat there constantly because we find the sushi, hibachi food and service to be wonderful. We have found the restaurant's sushi in particular to be far better than any of the local competition that we've tried. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes sushi or food traditional to Japanese steakhouses. Pros: The food and service at Fujiyama are outstanding Cons: None more

HORRIBLE SUSHI AND SERVICE 1/21/2009

The sushi at Fugiyama was by far the worst sushi experience I have had in my life (and i have had a lot of sushi). The fish in the spicy tuna roll I ordered tasted old and came in a pastey form. When i confronted the manager, he was rude and unconcerned with the low qaulity of my meal. The solution they came up with was to charge me for the food that i did not even eat. I would never recomend that anyone eat at Fugiyama Seafood and Steak. Pros: Nicely furnished Cons: food, service, professionalism, etc. more

My Favorite Restaurant in Brevard 11/14/2008

Fujiyama Seafood & Steak is clearly one of the best restaurants in town. The chef are entertaining and skillful as they prepare your food right in front of you. The seafood and steak is always fresh, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Joe (manager) is the most awesome host I've met. You'll get your money's worth, and then some. Keep up the good work. more
