The steakhouse aspect of Fuji is great. The chefs are lively and experienced at throwing the fire around and chopping up dishes quickly. But the sushi leaves an awful lot to be desired. Often bland, sometimes chewy, I was not impressed. However I have also had the grill and it was lovely. The only thing which may be unusual for some is that you sit at a large grill table, usually with other customers whom you've never met.
Pros: relatively inexpensiv, fun atmosphere, large room
Cons: , sushi not good, not always open
