Fuddruckers

The hamburger I ordered had a funny taste to it. There are much better burgers in town for alot less. I will stick to Good Times for a meal thats always fresh at a fair price. more

- Not impressed by the service. The cashier, the only one you really deal with, was indifferent. - I also wanted my burger (the 2/3 lb. version) cooked medium rare. They said medium was the best they could do because of health regulations. WRONG! Colorado doesn't mandate "overcooking" hamburgers. Other places will cook it to your order...it appears Fuddruckers is blaming their own policies on the state. In fact, I've had burgers cooked medium rare at other Fuddruckers! These guys need to give their customers what they want! - Otherwise, the selection was good; the desserts are great, and the shakes are the old-fashioned kind with the metal mixer thing added to your order. I love Fudruckers! The burgers are so big and juicy, with accommondations and sauces that'll make your mouth water. The fries are big and crispy and their buns are big,toasted, and will melt in your mouth. Great place to take kids (They have a small arcade to keep them busy while the adults are talking). I like this place a lot. I know its a chain, but they've done a good job, and I've only had one problem. After looking fwd to eating at Fuddruckers I got my order and took a bite out of a COLD fry - I was pissed! Don't the employee's pay attention? Well, I had the manager take note of the situation and he resolved the situation above and beyond my expectations, and the fries were very hot/crunchy the last time I was there..yum!, and I intend on going back very soon! I'm surprised that a restaurant that is more self serve than service is on the list. I was unimpressed with my very charred "medium" burger. Not too pleased with having to follow a family with 3 small children who had to handle all the tomatoes in the build it yourself vegetable trays. Won't be back real soon. Fuddrucker's makes awesome burgers....you choose the size and they deliver as ordered so you can build it with every topping known to man from their topping bar! This place is geared to families and the sight of kids leaving the table to enjoy other things is pretty common.
