Fudd-rucking service typical... 2/29/2008

If youre calling ahead, hope that you dont try when employees feel theyre "busy" as the phone lines get an even shorter temper than counter-service. Getting hung up on is a regularity, as either they 1) think its amusing, 2) appropriate punishment for those pesky costomers who try to call ahead, or 3) are not mentally equipped to handle picking up a phone receiver and jotting down an order. After almost 10 ever-worsening trips to this place, and even more attempts at call-ahead orders, I refuse to try it again. Bottom pickle: The burger is never worth the wait or the insufferable service. Pros: Cheese dip for fries that you can't match anywhere else Cons: service, service, service... it's always the service more

Best Hamburger in KC 2/5/2006

Fresh Ground Beef and condiment bar make this place the best. more

Best burger for your buck 12/5/2002

Fuddrucker's is truly THE place to go for a "Burger Experience". Sizes of burger vary from the more-than-satisfying 1/3 pound to the 1 pound gut-buster. Fresh baked goods (including the buns), fresh ground beef, as well as a full service ice cream fountain round-out the ultimate burgering throw-down. There are kids meals that include potato wedges and a fresh baked cookie. Pros: Best burger in town more

the best 8/7/2002

I've only ate there afew times but I do believe it is the best burger in town. The atmosphere also helps the attractiveness of the place. Pros: taste, experience Cons: wait more

Big Burger, Few Choices 7/26/2002

While Fuddruckers has the BEST burgers in town their selection of side items leaves something to be desired. Expect large juicy burgers with a wide selection of condiments to top off your burger. After that your limited only a few side dishes. Seating was a little crowded. Hard to hear each other. $ value a little high. Pros: Great Food, Lots of Toppings, Great Family Place Cons: Few Choices, Not a good $ Value, Crowded Seating more

  • In Short
Red-shirted, black-bibbed attendants serve grilled burgers made from freshly ground beef, turkey, salmon, and even ostrich sandwiched by buns that are baked in-house daily. Hungry patrons gussy up the meat at a condiment bar stocked with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a variety of sauces, then take a seat at tables topped with a black-and-white checkered tablecloths. Sides of cole slaw, baked beans and wedge-shaped fries complete the picture.
