It's hard to describe this restaurant and do it justice. It's in an aging strip mall with 1/3 of the stores closed. It's small, with simple fixtures and low prices, and on your first visit you think you've made a mistake. Then you taste the food and you know you've found a secret hideaway with the best food and lowest prices in Orange County. The owner, Kenny, will pay his respects somewhere along the way. If you become a regular, he'll remember your name forever, no matter how long you stay away. It's as if you've never been gone. Outside of the tried & true hole in the wall restaurants in San Francisco, nothing compares to this place. Our kids were 3, 5, 7 and 15 on our first visit. He literally saw them grow up, go into the military, move away. He asks about them when my husband and I go in. When they are here to visit, they want to hit Kenny's place first. He calls them by name, remembers what they last told him and asks how it turned out. It's a one-of-a-kind place and once you become part of that family, it's disappointing to go to the next "great" asian restaurant. 5 stars
