It's hit or miss with this store. Let me start off by saying they DO have beautiful selections, very pricey but if you are willing to pay they have unique and latest designs. With that being said, I did my shopping for my wedding in India but I wanted my lengha and saree tops stitched a month before the wedding for best fit. So the lady owner took my order, 2 saree blouses to be sewed in house by their tailor, my reception lengha top was to be custom made in India, which I agree to. They assured me everything would be ready in 3 weeks time. When I went to pick things up Tue before my Sat wedding she told me ALL 3 OF THE BLOUSES WERE IN INDIA!!! She lied to my face and gave me some excuse about how their in house tailor got sick and that's why they sent everything to India for stitching. How dare they send things to India without even calling me to ask if that was okay. My wedding was 4 days away and I was looking at having non of my blouses for any of my 3 outfits! I was so stressed. I told her they better have my blouses by Fri (the day before my wedding) or I'm taking something from that store for FREE to wear on my wedding day, that got her eyes bugging out. They had the blouses by Fri. They were well made, even the custom lengha top was wonderful. So overall, good selection, good work, expensive prices, but RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and LIARS. If you want to get anything done from them please go months in advance and give them plenty of time. They are not customer friendly, they are money hungry business people. I was treated so much better by the sales people in India. From all the reviews I've read about this place on various websites, it seems that if you spend a lot of money there and shop there often they will give you preferential treatment. more

I first sent my American friend to this store, only hearing good things about it, and she said was worried about not getting a good price. I went in the next day, and asked for the price on the same item..and I also got the same price. They don't make any differences for non-Indians. I loved the selection at the store. They had so many sarees and I just wanted to try all of them on! I will definitely be bringing my sister here for her bridal outift. They have so many different price ranges that I know I will be able to find something that works for me. Definitely take a look here, and don't worry non-Indians you will get a good price too! more

Save your time, money & energy by shopping elsewhere. For the non-Indians, watch out for the word 'gora/gori', since they charge you more. Neeta/Ravi provide the rudest, most unprofessional service, as they prove to be inconsistent. We bargained a $2800 lehenga down to $1400. But after they promised to have it cleaned up, 8 weeks later, we didn't get it. So, we called the credit card company to cancel our order. watch out for your clothes, since they promise anything to get the sale, but once they charge you, you'll never hear back from them. Pros: decent selection of common styles Cons: horrible, rude service, over priced for non-Indians, cash only for better deals. more
