I pleaded not guilty in this court because I did not think I was speeding at all. The police officer agreed that I did not drive faster than any other cars on the street; even she said she had followed me for some distance. But the judge said I could not argue against the speed gun (I could not use my speedometer as evidence and wife and children as my witnesses...)\r
I'd like to change the laws somehow to let the police officers catch the real bad drivers only (those who scared people on the road by tailgating for example), but they have to leave the good people alone. I think the police officers are smart enough to know who is good or bad. Why use a sophisticate tool to frame the good people...? Should we let them do this to our children too...?
