?The Bistro? is a lively bar that caters to the after-work 30ish crowd that seems to stay until late. When you arrive for dinner at 7 PM they?re still there, tanked up and loud as ever. If you?re there for a pleasant meal I suggest that you get up and go down the street to Islands Fish Grill. I've been here a few times always thinking it can?t be worse than the last time, and it always is. Here's what comes to mind - never enough parking, noise, mediocre food and so-so service. I must admit that when the weather is just right, dining on the patio is a pleasant experience that almost makes up for its short comings (it?s why I rated it two stars instead of one). I?ve had to send my meal back to the kitchen twice. The latest, and most memorable, was the fishcake dinner that was soggy and unbearably smelled of decayed fish. Having said that, the manager was always attentive and has always fixed it, but I swore I would never go back. The painted lines in the parking lot are faded so some ?me/I? idiot ALWAYS parks in the lane that?s for the cars exiting the end of the first row. This causes cars to backup in that lane with nowhere to go. There never seems to be enough servers so yours can?t tend to your needs. If you MUST eat here I recommend the appetizers, soups and salads.
Pros: The patio
Cons: Everything else!
