Negative First Impression 5/1/2012

I'm on the look out for a dermatologist. I've never had to see one before until now. I am sure Dr. Fritch is a very nice person and a great doctor (based on her reviews), I will never know though because I wasn't impressed of the ambassador who answers her phone. I didn't feel I was treated with common courteousy so I decided not to make an appointment. I hope I didn't pass up an amazing physician, but I feel it's not worth it if her staff treats people poorly. more

MY FAVORITE PHYSICIAN EVER HIGHLY RECOMMEND 12/5/2010

SHE IS WARM, THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND UNPRETENTIOUS! THE OFFICE STAFF IS PLEASANT AND APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AHEAD. SHE IS MY FAVORITE AND MOST RECOMMENDED PHYSICIAN. I WISH ALL OFFICES AND PHYSICIANS WERE EXACTLY LIKE HER OFFICE AND HER! I CANT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!! Nice lady but failed me 12/21/2009

I am a nurse and have been to many offices as a patient as well. Ususally when they take your insurance card and your co-pay I assume it's accepted. My inusrance has NEVER been denied and I find out after she has performed services that she doesn't accept my insurance. It's not a bill I needed at Christmas.
