I used Frisco Limo for a bachelorette party I just planned up in the Bay Area. I was a bit worried about what the service would be like after my conversation with Theo at first- it was just very quick and not super explanatory. But after that initial conversation they were really helpful and easy to coordinate with. We left from downtown San Fran and went out to Sonoma for the day. We booked for 6 hours (great price after searching around and doing my homework), and the driver was able to bring us to some great wineries. He brought us to quite a few free tastings, as well as a couple $5 tastings...places that I never would have thought to go but had GREAT wine. Great driver, great party music, spacious limo for our party ... I would definitely recommend. They were really easy to use provided just what we needed! I recently used this co. for one of their Napa packages. It was one of the scariest rides in my life. The driver had to pull into the shoulder multiple times in order to avoid hitting the car in front of us. He was rude and rarely opened the door for us. He said one of the fuses was out in the limo so he couldn't put up the privacy window. Too bad, it might have helped with his driving. The limo was covered in dust. TERRIBLE service, never again! more
