This website limits me to 1000 characters so I can't go into details about everything so I will sum it up. Nov 28th I ordered a mask from Frightcatalog.com. It was stolen from my front porch. They didn't believe me. So I filed a police report. They still didn't believe me and said I needed proof. I threatened to start filing complaints for treating me like a scam artist when I just wanted my mask and not a refund like they were making it sound. I finally after many many emails and phone calls got the manager. She said they wouldnt issue a refund and couldn't send another mask because it was sold out, even though the website said it wasn't. She was lying clearly. I ordered another mask from another company and tried to get money from UPS. I was told it has to come from them. I bought the same mask from another company which ends up being same warehouse. That means they lied to me about being sold out just so they wouldnt have to send me another one. Nothing about this company is good except for their masks. I highlyyyy recommend using any other company but frightcatalog and customes4less because it is the same company
