Visit took several hours. Waiting room was comfortable. I was offered shuttle to the mall. Nathan and Chris are awesome to deal with!!!

Car seems to be OK but service experience poor. I had one trip to the Bristol Dealer when JC could not service my car and it was very satisfactory.

They were able to fit me in! 11/27/2013

Noticed I was due an oil change and was leaving on a trip the next day. U called the service department but they were totally booked up. However, when I told them I was leaving the service department told me to bring in the car and they would work me in, and they did. Excellent customer service. more

Routine maintenance visit 10/21/2013

would have been five stars, but they do not do all the little extra's they claim, like topping off fluids, my windshield fluid was low. Love the staff there, everyone tries hard to treat the customer very well, and their prices on oil changes are the lowest around more

great cars poor frontline service 8/22/2013

Poor execution of service department. Car should not need the level of service they claimed within 8k miles of purchase on a certified vehicle. Sales people say what they need to make the sale and get it off the lot. Make sure that all service is up to date on a certified preowned before pulling the trigger.Car has only 15k on it now and I love the performance and comfort of my 2013 Sonata Limited but the service center leaves something to be desired. more

It's a nice store. Mostly selling Hyundai but they have the cars of other makers, too. The sales representative is so kind that he helps with all the process and stuff. I recommend this store! more
