I took my vintage Baritone Paris 76" here and they knew the proper value of it unlike some other shop a few blocks down that turned me away like I had some piece of junk. I am a professional musician and been in the business for over 30 years and expect to be treated properly, not like some bum off the street. Will do business again in the Future. Patient and considerate 11/10/2011

These guys helped me though some hard months, they were my only financial institution I had when I lost my job and had nothing left in the bank. This guy heard my situation out first, asked me how much I needed and worked with me on my guitar. Explained everything to me clear a day and I was out in no time. Convenient to because there right behind Albert son's supermarket were I do my grocery shopping. Pros: null Cons: null more

Not so Friendly 4/22/2011

I am a frequent user of pawn shops. I have tried them all in my neighborhood. Friendly pawn is a misleading name. They are not friendly, not even a smile when you walk in there. If you are ever in a bind, they have NO empathy. I do not know how they can continue to do business, if they drive all their customers away with indifference. It's like they are mad at the world or something. Don't waste your time there! more
