Incompetent is the only way to describe Friendly Car Care. I took my 1982 corvette to them on July 21, and they replaced some parts in the differential. I get the car back and there is a binding noise in the rear end, meanwhile I also had an idling problems, which I had them diagnose. It soon became apparent that their method of fixing a car is just to start replacing parts. Each time they fix something it does not fix the problem, but of course they charged me for it. So I am now out of pocket $3000+ and I still have a rear end problem and idling problem. They are completely incompetent and have no clue about customer service, Beth has no mechanical know how whatsoever and Greg the owner is dismissive to the point where everything about what they have not fixed is somehow my fault. In this case they say the parts I supplied that were brand new HAS TO BE THE PROBLEM, and want to charge me $99 to diagnose, yet for the last month and half they have been DIAGNOSING and charging me every time.. And Greg, when you give a customer back a car that s revving so high it almost snaps the drive-shaft when put in gear, don't tell me that it is my fault and that I needed a new O2 sensor and that I was told that by Beth. Her words were that it MAY need a new sensor because it is reading slow, and just so you know, you DID PUT A NEW O2 sensor in and it did not solve the problem.... I am now going to take the car to another repairer, and decide if I need to take any action regarding their repairs!!
