Friend Family Health Center

Seems like they enjoy playing the waiting game here. I lost. I couldn't wait any longer so they won. I left without service. I waited over 2 hours for an appointment that I was told to come 15 minutes early for. My 1 year old son became very agitated to the point where he began to cry & cry. The only thing the staff did was repeatedly walk past and stare at us. I hate this place & I will never go back!! more

I will never go to this health center again. It is baffling that it is associated with what is supposed to be a good hospital system. It is messy and uncared for by its irresponsible administrative and lower-rung employees; rooms have used gloves, used band-aids, and random pieces of junk (including one old dvd case!) left haphazardly on the floors. It can't be sanitary. Not to mention the window shades are highly busted up. But more importantly: There is too much red tape (ahem, laziness) for what purports to be a small, family-friendly place. The front desk attendants are clueless about calling to confirm appointments, missed calls (they never call you back, even if you say it's urgent), and the staff lets you wait for nearly a couple hours past your scheduled appointment time, no matter how early you arrive or how much you ask why it's taking so long (they simply say things are busy... but waiting two hours is abnormal for this small place, and even for truly busy hospitals). Your doctor might not even show up at all, after making you wait way over time! Taking you way past your appointment time seems a big issue with them. I have witnessed these things happen there, and more. This place needs a makeover, starting with the blank-faced, careless employees.
