The experience was okay...the woman at the front desk was rather condescending, but unfortunately, it seems to be the usual in the medical world. The only real problem I had was their bizarre billing practices...and slow, almost non-existent communication. It took nearly three months after my appointment for them to actually send a bill. I only received this one bill before they abruptly turned my measly $20 co-pay to collections. How absurd! This experience alone makes me not want to return, and I most likely will not. I'm sure there are other, more deserving clinics here who won't play strange games in the billing department.
