DCSS is a joke, they would rather help the deadbeat dad, then try to collect court order child support. Not a big deal to them that he owes over $38,000.00 in child support, that dcss never try to collect from the ncp. A lot of their employees are very rude and or give you the wrong information, and don't know the California state law for child support. The chief counsel Kathleen Hrepich, must have her head up her butt, I'm still trying to figure out if she has a clue, or if she just doesn't care. When the ncp doesn't pay they don't even try to use enforcement, he still has his driver's license. When you call, they always say "" at this time we will have to wait to see if he is going to pay, before we can take any actions towards him, you have to wait for 3 mos, with no payment. If he decides to pay something, only if it is 3 dollars, then that's what we have to accept, from him, and then you will have to wait another 3 mos, of no payment before we can do anything. So if he only pays three dollars, which is not what is court ordered for him to pay, dcss says it is fine... WHAT!!!!!
