I had a terrible experience with this store. Based on their advice, I purchased a software package to upload files. Shortly thereafter, I discovered that their recommendation was wrong and the software did not perform this function. I returned to the store and they agreed that they had provided incorrect information. However, they then refused to provide a cash refund.! The excuse was that this is their store policy. I then spoke with a manager, inquiring why I should have to pay for their mistake. He quickly became rude and said words I will not repeat here. This store is located in the Sunrise Mall. The mall directory lists the store as ""Verizon Wireless"". However, they are not ""Verizon Wireless"", rather a reseller. more

Located in the same shopping center like the BJ's store, I absolutely do not recommend this store to anybody!!! Buyers beware!!!! This store is a scam!!! They only have 7 days ""exchange only "" policy and they sell refurbished items. Purchased car charger for $20.00 and the girl assured me that ""if it doesn't fit right or ""anything"" I can always return it, no problem. She didn't mention to me about 7 DAYS exchange only policy!!!!! So, unfortunately the charger stopped working after only 2 days, but I went back to the store after about 10 days (thinking that I have 30 days anyway, right? Plus, is only a stupid charger for God's sake!!) So the girl working there, who claimed to be a store manager, told me that there is nothing she can do about it, since 7 days already passed. She was very unprofessional and unhelpful at all. Guys, I only lost $20.00, so you don't have to. Now, imagine, if you purchased something really expensive there. I wouldn't recommend this store to nobody, and they ?claim? to be a T-Mobile authorized dealer, yeah, right!!!! Pros: location, parking Cons: 7 days exchange only policy, they sell refurbished items, since they break down easily. more
