Fresh Start Motors

Initially I brought a friend to Fresh Start Motors because she had horrible credit (so did I) and these guys were able to make it happen. She drove home in a car that night. A month later I went back and got myself a new vehicle through Fresh Start and couldn't believe I was able to get financing. This was a no-pressure situation and I had no problems with my vehicle. It didn't take all day to do paperwork like it has for me in the past. The staff was super helpful and very honest about my situation, and since financing my vehicle my credit score has improved greatly. IN JUNE OF 2010 MY WIFE AND I NEEDED A CAR. WE HAD FILED BANKRUPTCY IN 2009 SO WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY CASH FOR A CLUNKER. THE GUYS AT FRESH START MOTORS TOLD US THIS ISN'T TRUE. WE DROVE OUT IN A USED JAGUAR. A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, HAVING PUT 35K MILES ON THE JAG, WE WERE ABLE TO TRADE IT FOR A USED BMW 528I. NOT ONLY WAS THE PROCESS MADE REAL EASY, BUT OVER THE LAST 18 MOS. IF WE HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE THE OWNER AND MANAGER BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP US OUT. THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH SOME REALLY GOOD MECHANICS. NOT ONLY WILL I BUY ALL OF MY CARS FROM FRESH START MOTORS, I ALWAYS TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS BEFORE THEY BUY A VEHICLE AT LEAST GO TALK TO THE GUYS AT FRESH START MOTORS. THERE HONESTY IS UNBELEIVABLE. more

I'm a single mother of 2 and struggled with my finances in the past. After i ruined my credit, i thought i would never qualify for another vehicle again. After i had my past vehicle repo'd for the second time. I was refered to fresh start motors by a friend and i was kind of hesitant knowing my credit is horrible! To my surprise The owner and sales men were very comforting and understanding. not to mention quite humorous! They definitely go by their guaranteed credit approval policy, i'm so thankful i was refered here, and i absolutely LOVE my new car! I definitely will refer this dealership to my friends and family! more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!, My girlfriend got a car from here and it stopped working after one week. This place is garbage and will rip you off. 90% OF THE CARS here are lemons(cars that do not work). The manager acts? like he cares about his customers but don't be fooled, go somewhere else. Over priced lemons........thank you for your time P.S. Don't bring your girlfriend with you because the manager will harass her when your not looking. more
