Fresh Start Finance

WORST finance company ever available.. rude customer service and awefull management. i had requested to change my date of payment because i got a different job at first the manager had said yes and then i find out that there was no such change with my account.. now what kind of ""fresh start"" finance is that if they are only going to screw people over. now ive made payments and ive had this problem in the past. and all i want is some help but obviously you dont provide the necessary help for the people in need. In a nutshell what this company should really be called should be F***** up start finance.. and thats that. overall im not satisfied and i will definitely work my hardest to convince people to use this finance option.. i rather reffer them to mack masseys credit acceptance, now they now how to attend a customer. so from a 1-10 rating i give fresh start a -10. more

Rude Manager and very poor customer service more

I am a current customer at Fresh Start Finance where a vehicle I purchased is being financed. If I would of known my experience was going to be what it is I would of rather walked for the rest of my life than do business with this company. To this company the customer is only an INSIGNIFICANT fool willing to give their money to them through LIES and DECEITS. I garantee there are many more finance companies in El Paso willing to offer people the service that this company offers but with better customer service and respect that we deserve. FRESH START FINANCE.......remember you are in business because of people like myself, and if you want to treat us like garbage then I wouldn't make plans for a succesful future. Word will get out about the way you treat people and the liers you are! more
