As long as you pay your bill and do not complain about anything then everyone is nice to you, but once you are not satisfied they can be very ignorant and do not want to take care of the problem. I had went here at least 3 times for a haircut and was always satisfied even though I felt their prices were rather high. But when I had a few highlights done, about 10 foils and they charged me $85.00 and you could barely see the highlights I felt this was not satisfactory for the price I had paid. But when I tried to talk to them about this, they were very detached and had an attitude, I did not go back considering I was told I would be charged another $30.00 for blowing my hair dry. I absolutely would not recommend this salon to anyone. Pros: I did receive a good haircut Cons: Staff is not friendly, prices are too high, and eveyone thinks they are better than you. more

I've been a customer of Carolyn Leone for over 10 years. I now live in North Cape May, NJ, but haven't found anyone comparable in this area. Fresh Salon offers a relaxing atmosphere, I feel catered to, I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes, and I find the reception staff to be happy, polite and accommodating. The prices are fair - I don't feel overcharged for the services I receive. Carolyn is an expert haircolorist. I have never been unhappy. Fresh Salon is the Best! I have been going to John for almost 10 years now. I was recommend by my sister (who was referred to John by her now mother in law and husbands grandmother). I have followed John to any salon he has been at. I would travel out of state if I had to, to make sure John does what he always does...makes me & my hair look amazing! I am so happy John is at Fresh as the salon is just as great. The people there are so nice, the atmosphere is fun and chic. I have never left there once with a cut or a color I did not like. For anyone looking for a great cut, style or color, Fresh Salon (and of course John) is the place to go :) more

I have been going to Jeff at Fresh for a little over 2 years now. I have moved to Hoboken, NJ and still drive an hour and a half to get my hair done with Jeff. He always does what i want and will tell me truthfully if i will look ridiculous. My cut and color are perfect everytime! Everyone at the salon is so nice and helpful! I went here to have my color done, after five hours in the chair i finally walked out lookig like a golden retriever, i came home and realized how ridiculous this was and i couldnt believe i actually paid for it when i went in the next day obviously because i was unsatisfied i was treated very disrespectful i got no apology nothing all i got was attitude from the stylist because i didnt like what she did. not only that but i must have been the talk of the salon because all the stylist and assistants tried to catch a glimpse of my hair. You could plainly see i was upset and all i heard through the salon was how great my hair looked and kept complimentling my sytlist yeah ok i'd like to see the hairdressers looking like a dog..i dont recommend this place one bit you will be treated horribly.. more

Judy is a wonderful stylist. She has a great eye for choosing a hair style to fit your look and personality. I was referred to her about 2 years ago and have been a client ever since. The atmosphere at Fresh is relaxing and fun. It has a very modern feel and the staff are all very helpful. It is not noisy or cramped like other salons can be. If you're looking for a salon and a stylist who can do anything from a modern cut to Japanese hair straightening, call Fresh and ask for Judy! Pros: Great hours and helpful staff more

Caroline was reccomended to me by an esthetician I just went to and what a fabulous hair stylist she is. I have never been more thrilled with my color and cut.My husband said I look like a new woman. Caroline is really the best stylist and colorist I have found in this area-maybe anywhere. Her personality matches her skills. The salon is also first rate. They really go out of their way to give you a peaceful and an enjoyable experience. I have been to many other local salons and this is my home forever I hope. I've been almost anywhere and everywhere in this city trying to find a stylist who could not only give me the perfect cut n' color but also a cut that would go with my face/looks. After hearing about this place from a Sixer's game and searching it on Citysearch, I decided to leave Center City and venture into South Hampton where I read about a stylist named Carolyn.
