i have been looking for ways to truly burn excess calories that cuases fat build up in my body. I have tried many courses in a couple of gyms but the yoga as well as the free use of weights helps me to start making my dreams come true. I have been able to find and choose the best kind of work-out program to help me trim down and cut off unwanted habits from the past. Thank you French Riviera Fitness Ctr. more

Pamper yourself after workout 8/7/2011

working out is not just to build your muscles and shed your unwanted excess fats. for me, I feel relaxed and less-stressed out after i do work-outs such as the cardio exercise and some weight liftings at French Riviera Fitness. to have optimim relaxation experiences that doubles as a work-out,schedule for a session in the sauna area. superb relaxation indeed! more

NOT WOMAN FRIENDLY The staff will tell you the ""private"" woman's gym is PRIVATE, but men enter and harass women. When complaints are made, they are completely overlooked by the apathetic staff.
