During December they were advertising 2019 Tacoma Double cab lease for 246. per month and 246 due at signing. When I asked about it … they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about .The real cost was over 3000 due at signing. The Car guy on WBAP talks all about the great deals they offer. I contacted him … his response was … to let the dealership know from the start that you are a "carguy" listener... Then they will treat you right... Really??? They treat you different … A quality dealer would treat everyone well... not just " carguy" listeners more

Impossible to connect with anyone with a semblance of intelligence. Rude and improperly trained staff on the phones. Hung up on, dropped, interminable hold just to reach voicemail for a manager. Not a good sign, don't think I will do business with this place. more

I didn't know if I wanted a used car or a new car, so I visited both sides of the dealership. Both Stephen Aimes (hope I got it right) at the used car side and Bill Horne (hope I got it right) at the new car side helped me tremendously. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. I purchased a new Camry and am loving it. Thank you Freeman Toyota! more

Employed a felon who scammed me on my car last year... Brian McCollum was Texas's #2 most WANTED criminal... Ever heard of background checks? Stay away from them, especially the used car department side... The whole staff was lying to us. We also were doing the Texas "air check" program where you trade in your old car and get a voucher for $3,000... They let us take the car we wanted home and when we got back our trade in was "gone" the entire used car department told us "our tow truck company took it and it is long gone... We processed your paperwork so you have to use the air-check here... Well I took a "test drive" of another vehicle to the BACK of the lot behind the buildings where they keep the old cars and repairs... There my trade in sat, less than 50 yards from the building... This place is full of liars, high pressure salesman etc. Buyer beware more
