Bad customer service 4/28/2009

I walked into the shop and said hello to the guy behind the desk and he looked at me with a blank stare and didn't say a word. Then after browsing for a couple minutes I finally got his attention. He rudely took a phone call and completely ignored my presence and after he was done walked out of the building not acknowledging me. I'm sure this guy is the owner, so stay away if you need any kind of help or customer service as this is not the place for anyone but the owners drinking buddies. I would have definitely left but I had driven almost an hour to get there. Pros: plenty of supplies if you can get some help Cons: owner seems to be put off by customers more
