Service department is a rip off! 7/25/2012

Charged me $267 before tax to mount and balance 2 tires. That's just the cost of labor. Mind you, there is NOTHING on their price board of the sort. When picking up the bike I got the invoice and asked why it was so much and the response was "I get 1.5 hours labor per wheel at $89 an hour." I just can't see how your time could possibly be worth $89/hr when it takes you 3 hours to replace two tires. I've been ripped off. Don't make the same mistake! more

Buyer Beware!!! 6/13/2012

As long time motorcycle enthusiasts, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with many many reputable, honest Harley Davidson dealerships: many of which we still work with when we are in their area. Brothers is NOT EVER going to be one we visit again! They steal from their customers, have no integrity and become threatening when you voice that you don t like being stolen from. We have just filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting the DMV next! BEWARE OF BROTHERS! Mikes Famous HD in New London isn't that far away! Go there! more

Harley Shop 8/13/2005

The Greater New Haven area doesn't have a lot of Harley Shops, but Brother's is it. It's a one stop shop for bikes & parts. The staff isn't afraid to answer questions, even if you aren't buying anything. Although they're not going to fix your bike for free, they will give you some guidance if you choose to do it yourself. They have all the usual Harley gear; helmets, gloves, riding gear, etc. They also have Harley oil's and cleaning products to help get your bike in excellent looking condition. Has weekend hours as well. The staff is pleasant to deal with and their location is also good. Nice on site parking. more
