Consistent excellent customer care by Service Department 3/8/2014

Bottom line: I've had absolutely * NO * problems contributing to any compromising situation, breakdown or other other emergency situation during my very satisfying 1.5 years of Elantra ownership. I attribute this to the expertise of the fine mechanics and excellent service department personnel (Thanks, Keith and Michelle!). During regular maintenance service visits for oil changes, etc., every concern is addressed and remedied. I will take my Elantra to NO other service department for regular maintenance and care. more

Comfort,Cleanlieness, Attentiveness 1/6/2014

I just really appreciated that, even though I just showed up on a Sat. morning without an appt., they quickly fit me, put my winter tires on (I brought them with me) and still had time to do an oil change! The renovated waiting room made it a very comfortable and relaxing wait. The service team also put my all season tires, still in good shape, in a bag and placed them in the car for me. I just appreciate the thorough, excellent job they did for me! more
