Had the pleasure to work with the guys at freedom home. Chris Raymond worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted around the price that would wanted he was very professional and answered any questions that we had. Would definitely buy from them again if I needed too. more

BEWARE 11/8/2017

Best word to describe your transaction is BEWARE. In my experience after you close, and John has cashed your check, good luck on getting any repairs done properly. Consider other builders that's my advise. I have been waiting 17 months to get my repairs done. more

Get all promises in writing 5/19/2015

We bought a modular home from Freedom Homes in Troutman, N. C. About 3 1/2 years ago. John Putman made all kind of promises when we were buying our home, and then we were told after signing papers that they were not in contract. We were promised that the home would be checked for leveling, fixing cracks in sheetrock, stretching carpet and other issues after a year. I called John to tell him that when the wind blows, the flooring in the kitchen jumps up and down. He doesn't even want to talk to me. Just be sure to wear a recording device when dealing with Freedom Homes in Troutman, N. C. I wish I could rate them at a negative 5 stars, but since I can't , I will rate them at 1 star !!! more
