Fred's Towing Service

Fred's picked up my car from a bad accident as I was hauled off to the hospital on 7/7/10. A few hours later I went to collect some things from my vehicle in their yard. The first thing I noticed was that all my change was gone. The second thing I noticed was that they had attempted to dismantle the stereo area but failed to steal my CD player. I filed a complaint and there was no follow-through. BUT WAIT. There's more! 3 days later, I had my car towed out by another company. When I got in my vehicle again, one of the speaker covers was in the trunk. This is because they couldn't get the trunk open and had to pull the seats down to access it, and then they didn't replace the covers after failing to steal the speakers. I filed another complaint and they said that would never happen. It did. more

Car dead? Call Fred! Love love love their signs! Easy to remember. Very catchy. They were slow to come for my car. Took hours but they did well once they finally arrived. Navigated in a tight space to park my car in the driveway. Very tight corner to go around in a tow-truck hauling a car. They did exceptionally well! I was impressed at the driver's skill. more
