Fredericksburg Winery

Ive been in there twice,both times the staff was very rude ,i will never go back...save yourself alot of aggrevation ,stay away more

They are the best and they know their wines. Follow their instructions and you will see why. Highly recommend it! more

Jack was nice enough and laid back but got called away and Debbie took over and that is when the "fun" began. She was rude, didn't know how to smile, barked orders like, "Here we do it OUR way" and "YOU WILL follow the tasting flow or you are out" "Those are the RULES"! Remember the Soup Nazi from Sienfeld, well now you can meet his cousin the "Wine Nazi"!!! It says on their website that if she looks confused she is still learning the ropes but what about being RUDE and witchy??? She wouldn't even let use the bathroom so I could change my baby's diaper. Wines were awful and tastless and are WAY over priced!! The "Cuvee IV" could have choked a horse and the Dry Rose was TERRIBLE!! I HATE to dump wine but that Rose was AWFUL!!! So dry it was like drinking chalk. You know the saying, "Friends don't let friends drink bad wine", well I'm trying to be a friend....Don't Drink Their Wine!!!!!!! more

This winery is not worth visiting! The customer service is severely lacking and the wine is just not that good. You could get better wine at the grocery store for much less money. Fredericksburg Winery is not what Texas wines are all about. There are several wineries in the area that make superior wines for the same price (some even lower). Check out other wine tasting shops in Fredericksburg if you are looking for a good wine and a fun time. more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The people behind the counter were simply rude and insulted me and my friends several times. The wine was terrible, I didn't taste anything that I liked. Waste of time, but Fredericksburg the town is great, check out the winery across the street from F. Winery, called Water to Wine, good wine, very nice people. more

A friendly family winery on the main street of Fredericksburg. The staff offers many wines available for sampling. They ask what you normally like and have you sample wines you may like based on your prior experiences. They manage to educate you without sounding like "wine snobs." There is a discount if you buy more than three bottles of wine. more
