Recently my son had his hair cut and clippers were used. Almost two weeks later he developed ringworm on the back of his head and his doctor told me it was contracted during the hair cut and asked me to contact the shop and tell them to clean the items so the fungus does not continue to spead to other customers. Immediately I called the shop to inform them of what the doctor stated and was told by the owner ""I have not had this complaint with other customers."" and ""I will take it into consideration."" However, I was not told the items would be cleaned. I did not ask for a refund on the haircut and I did not ask for reimbursement of the doctor visit or medication that my son must take to rid him of this fungus. But instead, this customer of 20 years will not go back.
