I was disappointed at the way I was treated by the manager. When I first went in to view wedding bands and inquire about a reset, apparently the manager didn't see me as a real customer and said I would need to return the following week when their designer would be in so he could show me books. I think he saw me as a browser; not a real buyer. When I returned over a week later, he would not let me talk to the designer and brought out a book to show me designs. This could have been done on my first visit. This time he apparently decided I was serious and was nice, gave me his card and assured me they would be able to help me. My time is valuable and when I make a trip on my lunch break I don't want to be told unnecessarily to come back another time.
